Shipping
We offer Free shipping on orders over $200 within the US. All our Free Shipping offers are for US addresses only, unless specified otherwise.
We offer same (business) day shipping for orders placed before 1pm PST Monday-Friday. All orders received after 1pm PST, or on weekends or holidays, will ship on the next business day.
When your order ships, our systems will automatically generate a “Package Shipped” email notification that will include a tracking number.
Shipping rates and options, including free shipping, are subject to change at any time without notice.
Shipping delays – We do not control how long it takes for the carrier to transport the package to you. Our website uses estimates provided by the carrier not us. Our commitment to you is to ship your order within 1 business day.
Returns and Refunds
If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel your order by contacting us at support@rockreadylabs.com for a refund.
Please review our No Returns or Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase, as all sales are final once shipped.
No Returns
Due to the sensitive nature of our products and strict quality control protocols, we are unable to accept returns. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of our products, specifically research peptides and proteins. We encourage customers to carefully review product information, specifications, and quantities before finalizing a purchase.
No Refunds
All sales are final once shipped and we do not offer refunds. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and information to help you make informed decisions before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare event that your order arrives with missing, incorrect or damaged items, please email support@rockreadylabs.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to address the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or offer a resolution in accordance with our policies.
