Frequently Asked Questions

What are research peptides?

Research peptides are short chains of amino acids used for laboratory, in vitro, or analytical science work. They are not approved for human or veterinary use and are intended solely for experimental or research purposes.

Are your peptides tested for purity and identity?

Yes. Every batch is verified by independent labs. We provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs) to confirm purity, molecular identity, and quality for each product.

How should the peptides be stored?

Peptides are best kept in cool, dry conditions. Lyophilized (powder) form should be stored at or below [your recommended temp, e.g. 4°C] and protected from moisture. After reconstitution, use according to lab‑specific guidance and store as indicated on the product page.

What about reconstitution? What diluent should I use?

Reconstitution instructions vary by peptide. Please use sterile water (you can find it in our shop) or research‑grade diluent.

Avoid non‑sterile liquids. Use appropriate lab tools and follow best practices for handling research compounds.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times depend on the destination; most U.S. orders arrive in 3 business days with standard services.

What is your refund / return policy?

Because these are specialized research compounds, we do not accept returns once product has been shipped.

Are your products legal in the U.S.?

Yes. Our products are legal for research use only in the U.S. However, some state or local laws may impose additional restrictions. It’s the buyer’s responsibility to check and comply with relevant laws.

Can I get COAs (Certificates of Analysis)?

Absolutely. COAs are available on each product page and label. They include details like purity, identity, quantity and other lab‑assayed metrics.

How do I contact customer support for questions or issues?

You can reach us at: support@rockreadylabs.com

Response time is usually within 24‑48 business hours.

Are you responsible for how your peptides are used?

No. All compounds sold by Rock Ready Labs are for laboratory research use only and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption.

How long do peptides remain stable?

Lyophilized peptides stored properly can remain stable for 2-3 years.

Once reconstituted, most peptides should be used within 30 days when refrigerated.

Specific storage instructions are included with each product.

Are your peptides approved by the FDA?

No. Our peptides are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

They are intended for research and laboratory use only and are not for human consumption, medical use, or diagnostic purposes.

Do you make any medical or therapeutic claims?

No. We do not claim that any of our products can diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

All product descriptions and content on this website are for informational and educational purposes only.

What does “For Research Use Only” mean?

“For Research Use Only” (RUO) means that these products are not intended for human or animal consumption and are to be used solely for laboratory or scientific research.

Using them for any other purpose may violate FDA regulations.

Are your labels and descriptions FDA-reviewed?

No. Product labels and descriptions are not reviewed or approved by the FDA.

However, we take care to ensure all content complies with consumer guidelines for accuracy and transparency.

Do you sell products for human consumption or medical use?

No. We do not sell, promote, or distribute any products intended for human consumption, injection, or medical treatment.

All products are clearly labeled For Research Use Only.

What steps do you take to stay compliant with FDA guidelines?

We regularly review our website, product descriptions, and marketing materials to ensure alignment with regulations.

Our goal is to maintain full transparency and integrity in how our products are presented.

Can you tell me how to use this product?

No, our products are strictly for research purposes and are not intended for human/animal consumption or therapeutic use. They are manufactured and sold solely for research purposes.

We do not support or endorse the use of our peptides for human or animal clinical trials, diagnosis, treatment, or any other medical applications.

How do I reconstitute the product?

We do not provide specific reconstitution instructions, as requirements may vary depending on each researcher’s application.

What does lyophilized mean?

“Lyophilized” refers to a process called freeze-drying. In this process, a substance, such as a peptide, is frozen and then subjected to a vacuum environment. This causes the frozen water (ice) within the substance to sublime directly from solid to vapor, effectively removing moisture from the material without causing it to melt.

The result is a dry, stable product with a longer shelf life compared to its original form. Lyophilized products are often more stable during storage and transportation, making them convenient for research applications. To research lyophilized products, they are typically
reconstituted.

What constitutes a research peptide?

A research peptide is a compound primarily employed for scientific exploration, experimental investigations, or analytical endeavors within laboratory environments.

These peptides are meticulously synthesized or manufactured to meet the specific requirements of researchers and are not intended for human consumption or therapeutic applications.

What is the best way to store the products?

All our peptides maintain stability at room temperature for about a year. However, upon reconstitution, we advise refrigerating them for optimal storage conditions.
